Glenn provides administrative and operational support for the executive, finance, grantmaking, communications, and human resource functions. Before joining the Leon Levy Foundation, Glenn worked with a startup called Leaf Logistics, which sought to improve and streamline supply chain operations through network coordination. He was the Operations Manager, providing support across all teams. Prior to that, he spent several years at McKinsey & Company, providing administrative support to several senior partners working in a variety of fields. Glenn came to New York from Colorado, where he spent many years working with the Colorado Workforce Development Council as the Administrative Coordinator, providing grant support and monitoring of the grant budget.
