As Grants Manager, Gaby oversees grantmaking operations at the Foundation. She brings over a decade of experience in program and project management in both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors, as well a deep love of the humanities and an abiding commitment to social justice. Before joining LLF in 2023, she worked in criminal legal services, building programs and operational systems for justice-focused, NY-based nonprofits including Touchdown NYC and the Brooklyn Community Bail Fund (now Envision Freedom Fund). Before working in criminal justice, she was Associate Director of Vara Global Fine Art, a private art appraisal and advisory firm. She has a BA from Middlebury College, and speaks French and Mandarin Chinese.
